• By credit card: A small 3% surcharge applies for administration fees. A secure payment link will be provided.

• By bank transfer: Bank details will be shared once we receive your booking request. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 7 days before departure: Enjoy a full refund (bank transfer fees, if any, remain the client’s responsibility).

• Within 7 days of departure: Unfortunately, a 100% charge will apply.

Our professional guides and support team are trained to provide clear safety guidelines, practical advice, and assistance throughout your tour. We also equip all guests with appropriate safety gear and carry a first aid kit to ensure your well-being during the experience.

However, by joining our tours, guests acknowledge and accept that kayaking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Unique Kayaking Cambodia cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings, accidents, injuries, or other unforeseen incidents that may occur during the tour.
